Job Description
Role Purpose:
Assist the Valuation and Development Advisory department in processing new requests, emailing and calling clients/customers, arranging inspections and general admin housekeeping as well as some other work when required.
Key Accountabilities of the role
General:
- Provide a high level of customer service and care
- Present the company in a professional manner in all business events.
- Self-development and continuing personal development.
- Manage and update valuation database.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures:
- Analyse and document business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.
- Including excellent use of excel for registering, tracking, monitoring of cases.
Valuations and Development Advisory:
- From time to time Draft valuation/FTA reports under supervision
- Ensure a high standard of report output
- Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases
Risk:
- Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective department
Training:
- In house training will be given.
