Purpose:
Ensure that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work consistently and correctly. Install programs, configure networks and databases, and provide assistance to end users.
Key Accountability:
• Analysis & Solutions:
Perform IT Analysis, to come up with optimal solution, to fulfill the business requirements and achieve the customer satisfaction and system effectiveness.
• Install and Configure Networks:
1- Provide on-spot support to solve sudden issues.
2- Provide technical interpretation and implementation of information security policies, processes, and practices to ensure continued operational availability and integrity of enterprise applications, systems, networks, and data
3- Ensure documentation and communication with user requests is maintained
• Troubleshoot Systems and Hardware:
Handle any troubleshoots the most complex problems in a manner that minimizes interruptions and carry out critical business activities.
• Database Management:
Monitor the performance, security, backup, and recovery of the database.
