Medical Claims MI Specialist – Job Description

Job Accountability:

The jobholder will be responsible for collecting, importing, transforming, validating, summarizing and publishing meaningful claims analysis reports with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data to all the stakeholders.
The job holder shall act as a data repository for the entire medical claims platform and supply comprehensive, reliable, and relevant MIS reports.

Jobholder shall also highlight any abnormal trend, outliers and disclose them in the reports/statements

Job Requirements :

Create a structured data bank of all data originating from the medical platform (all verticals, ie., PAR, Network, Claims, Automation, Wellness, Audit & Reconciliation).
Sanitize, arrange, analyze, interpret the data and publish claims reports; trending dashboard from time to time/agreed with periodicity. Ensure data security and confidentiality. Accuracy and attention to detail will be paramount.

Deal with large amounts of data: facts, figures and number crunching. Present data in charts, graphs and tables as required. – Constantly evolve new reporting templates as per the business need. Work closely with colleagues across the organization to resolve issues as they arise.
Work closely with ET team and provide recommendation on automation requirement related reporting tools to improve reporting tools.
