Job Description

Role Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible to manage the Operational Performance, MIS & Reporting for the Ongoing Due Diligence Unit

Support the department by introducing a process for an effective MIS & Analytics technique to identify the issues in Data Quality to improve customer experience

Work closely with department SMEs (Onshore & Offshore) to implement structured performance management by defining metrics and KPIs to evaluate the team’s performance

Role holder requires regular interaction with Senior management within the organization, i.e., Operations, Compliance, IT, Business… etc.

Key Accountabilities of the role

MIS and data analytics with the wider responsibility to track daily performance, operational volumes, reporting, and measurement of key performance Indicators.

Create and design automated dashboards for effective performance management and reporting to stakeholders

Develop tools and a data warehouse for monitoring KPIs, MIS reporting, and data analytics.

Conduct data analysis and generate different data cuts for to identify data quality issues and enable management to take appropriate actions.

Prepare presentations to showcase progress, plans, and overall strategy.

The role holder would need to coordinate with stakeholders to understand data requirements on business needs and manage prioritization, analysis, and execution.

Work closely with the business units to gain an in-depth understanding of MIS & reporting, business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates.

Extract data from the core based on business and regulatory requirements to support activities to be performed to comply with regulatory & compliance requirements.
Conduct periodical data quality analysis to identify gaps and enable management to take appropriate actions.
