The Job Opportunity

• • Comment on the inspection request forms submitted by the Contractor indicates the relative action.
  • Review the applicable contract drawings and specifications.
  • Perform inspections in process and completed installations in accordance with applicable contract documents, approved submittals, and quality control inspection instructions.
  • Evaluate the work process and maintain the required quality.
  • Ensure that the materials used in construction comply with the approved submittals and samples.
  • Review the approved method statement of the Contractor and ensure its actual application on site.
  • Ensure that Contractors comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design and workmanship standards.
  • Coordinate with other trades on site.
  • Advise and write down instructions to the Contractor on all corrective actions to deviations.
  • Monitor and report project progress against the agreed program
