Job Description

Arrange dining area/ tables and serve food & beverages based on client’s standard & preferences Principal Accountabilities

Set the dining area and tables according to Client’s preferences. Cater for large parties and other such events. Pay attention to the finest details of serving.
Serve food and beverages to principals and their guests; prepare & serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
Take orders & serve food & beverages to principals/guests at tables.

Respond positively to any concern by the principals/ guests and quickly resolve.
Present menus to principals/ guests & answer their questions about menu items. Be fully aware of daily menus and specialties.
Remove dishes & glasses from tables and counters, & take them to kitchen for cleaning.

Stock service areas with supplies such as food, tableware, linens, napkins, cutlery, utensils, etc.
Provide fast, efficient and highly courteous services at all times.
Ensure the correct appearance of all of the dining and other food service areas.

Be smartly presented at all times and comply with the company’s personal appearance and uniform standards.
Immediately report to Villa Manager in case of injury, wound, cuts, and bites or any other illness/ disease – no matter how small it may be.
Must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Undertake any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time such as bartending and performing housekeeping and butler’s duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
