Architectural Design Engineer/ Arch Engineer – Job Description

• Coordination and supervision of all permanent and temporary civil works design and site engineers, draughtsmen, and associated staff to ensure high-quality and functional design, and timely approval of the related shop drawings.
• Supervision of external permanent and temporary civil works shop design on technical matters to ensure compliance with relevant design briefs and specifications.
• Liaison with section managers to ensure efficient communication, immediate response to design/construction-related queries, and timely transfer of drawings/documents.
• Coordination of permanent civil/architectural works design with all other relevant disciplines.
• Solution of design problems relating to permanent civil and architectural works design elements.
• Liaison with permanent and temporary civil works design and supervision consultants as and when required and checking of any associated drawings and documents.
• Arrange for the necessary approval of permanent works by the appropriate design consultant or design supervision as applicable
• Supervision of in-house technical office and monitoring of the progress relating to the program of works.
• Cooperate and liaise with construction teams

Architectural Design Engineer/ Arch Engineer – Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 5 years relevant working experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Ms Office. Experience in REVIT is considered an added value
• Independent and mature personality, results driven, and good negotiation skills.
