Job Title – Caregiver Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Job Description
  • Follow up on the provision of community services and programs affiliated with the club and ensure their access and enjoyment of social, recreational and educational activities appropriate to them according to their cases.

     

  • Preparing periodic plans for providing programs and services to senior citizens in community care and submitting them to the line official for approval.

     

  • Providing activities and programs related to community care approved in the Thukher Social Club services guide, in a manner commensurate with their social and health status.

     

  • Coordinating with government and private agencies to implement the community care program plan according to the cases of senior citizens registered in the club.

     

  • Accompanying elderly citizens in external participations and events related to community care.

     

  • Supervising volunteers in community care and following up their presentation of programs for senior citizens.

     

  • Raising the needs and requests of senior citizens, inventorying and registering suggestions and complaints, and working on resolving them according to the authority.

     

  • Evaluate the opinions of senior citizens on services and activities on a regular basis, using the tools available and approved by the Authority for evaluation forms.

     

  • Entering daily data, services and activities provided to senior citizens in the case management system approved by the Authority and related to the service.

     

  • Submit periodic reports and statistics on the services provided.

     

  • Any other duties and specializations within the scope of the job responsibilities.

Educational requirements:

  • High school or its equivalent

  • A minimum of At least 4 years of experience in a field related
