Job – Commercial Specialist / Officer

Job Description:

• Responsible for the calculation and optimize EPC price of the bidding projects including Power Plant, Water Plant, PV, Wind, BESS, ICE, Infrastructure Facility, etc.;
• Negotiate with clients to reach agreement on price.
• Carry out the Subcontractor (including the Design Company, Civil, Mechanical, Electric, I&C Construction Company, etc.) inquiry to make the budget for construction works;
• Able to negotiate with the Subcontractor who cooperate in bidding stage and get the most competitive offer after the negotiation;
• Coordinate with Procurement Dept. for equipment pricing and analyze the rationality of the submitted equipment price;
• Coordinate with the Finance Dept. for insurance cost, tax items and cost of each bidding project;
• Coordinate with the Logistics Dept. for transportation and storage cost;
• Comparison analysis the rationality of the calculated EPC price and organize the EPC Price evaluation and optimization meeting;
• Conduct internal price optimization training for relevant colleagues;
• Highest ethics and integrity responsibility.
