• Fluent spoken and written English.
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Able to motivate a team within a matrix type organization.
  
• Must have sound basic skills in all branches of commissioning management.
  
• Good knowledge of on-site HSE Management.
  
• PC literate.
  
• Familiar with design and engineering standards. Read and understand drawings (PEFS).
  
• Good personnel communicative relationship and man management skills.
