HVAC Engineer – Job Description

• Advanced knowledge in principles of HVAC System operation & maintenance, Chiller, central cooling plant, BMS, air handling unit, Cooling tower, pumps etc.
• Ensure that all work is carried out as per the contract and client specifications.
• Prepare all documents that need for the activities, prepare the work pack of PTSW and Authorize for Permit applicant / Permit Acceptor
• Prepare all the tools and equipment that need in the activities.
• Responsible for dispatching of all work orders and Job ticket request.
• Responsible for updating the status of Job ticket or work order request.
• Responsible for all Mechanical activities in the work site.
• Troubleshoots and takes corrective action on problematic HVAC Units.
• Repair and maintenance of all Package Type HVAC Units and Ice machine.
• Responsible for the new Installation of Air-conditioning System in the building.
• Responsible for supervising of Technicians in their activities in the work site.
• Responsible for the Plumbing Works activities, repair and maintenance.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.

HVAC Engineer – Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering with minimum eight (8) years of experience in HVAC field or related area with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
• Advanced knowledge in principles of HVAC System operation & maintenance, central cooling plant, BMS, Chiller, air handling unit, Cooling tower, pumps etc.
• Knowledge and skill in hand tools and diagnostic equipment used in maintenance and repair
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
