Responsibilities:

Key Accountability Areas
Business Operations:

Provide support to Live to projects recruiting management and recruiting marketing.
Resolve configuration issue, updating the data as per business requirement.
Quarterly update SucessFacotrs release.

Implement and support Onboarding module.
System Enhancement:
Work on enhancement of the module as per change in business process

Process Documentation:
Undertake knowledge transfer/handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks and functional/technical documents.
Customer Relations:

Provide excellent customer service to the client.
Actively Engage stake holders during team meetings.
Conduct Workshops for new and existing requirements.

Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job

Delivery:
Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
