Plumbers Job Requirements
- The ability to provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, for plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, and refrigeration.
- The ability to provide piping and plumbing repairs and maintenance to water heaters, domestic and HVAC water systems, plumbing fixtures, pumping systems, kitchen and laundry systems and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
- The ability to install piping for renovations, plumbing fixture additions, water distribution and associated systems, utilizing torches, welders, pipe threading equipment etc.
- The ability to assist in providing preventative maintenance of all plumbing equipment and updating of appropriate logs.
- The ability to clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department.
- The ability to respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.
