Senior Design Electrical Engineer – Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• Previous experience in Large projects.
• Loads adequacy check for the existing loads / electrical systems (UPS, LV SWGR, EDG).
• Review contract scope of work and specifications.
• Prepare project specification documents, Data sheets preparation for EDG, PMS, LV switchgear, UPS, transformers, LV SWGR, DBS, power cables, glands, electrical builks etc.
• Preparation of load schedules, calculations, adequacy checks, motor controls & review power system studies and relay coordination (ETAP).
• Reporting to Lead engineer, supervising a team of engineers and designers to prepare single line schematics and layouts for power distribution, diagrams, MV and LV systems.
• Cover complete spectrum of activities from preparation of material take offs (MTOS) and equipment/ material requisitions related to above systems till review of the technical and commercial proposals and provide evaluation / recommendations.
• Discussion with client and attending FAT for electrical equipment and resolving concerns raised.
