3. Drafting of formal design and technical SoW for RFP’s, Tenders, Variations, Instructions, Reports (etc.) suitable for purpose, which may be for Design Consultants Services (various disciplines), Contractors, Specialists and/or other Service Providers.
4. Technical-, cost-, time- and contractual implications when creating formal documents.
5. Using and applying correct contractual and technical terminology as used in the Building & Construction industry.
6. Understanding Design review processes and sequences.
7. Understanding construction processes and sequences.
8. Tender process management, evaluations, tender reports and recommendations.
9. Design process management & improvement.
10. Technical documentation & detailing.
11. Architectural design & space planning.
12. Knowledge of review and compiling specifications
13. Knowledge of statutory & international codes & standards.
14. Sound & Applied knowledge of Architectural Design with fair knowledge of coordination and interface with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and structural design.
15. Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
16. Extensive knowledge in interior design and fit-out works
17. Have completed a Design works including schematics
18. Knowledge of current building technologies and its effective use on the project.
19. Excellent written and oral communication.
20. Excellent in Writing and presenting reports and Design reviews.
21. Having excellent 3D model knowledge and review through models.
22. Generally acted as the leading individual contributor and coordinator of Change requests and preparing RFP’s
23. Able to conduct an extensive Review of Design documents for potential conflict with all disciplines.
