Architects – Job Description

• Producing high-quality projects and being able to produce the early design deliverables, pre-concept requirements such as initiating space programs concept manuals.
• Senior Architect can work on any/all phases of development mainly for Pre-Design activities.
• Report to the Job Captain or Project Manager on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion on time, on/under budget.
• Preparing 3D Models and 3D analysis, diagrams that are essential in the preparation of pre-concept, design manuals and presentations.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate.
• Develop vignettes and hand sketches of architectural ideas that work in the space program and meet intended design & project goals.

Architects – Job Requirement

• To be successful, you would have 5-10 + years of experience as an Architect with an engineering background.
• Should have experience in AutoCAD and BIM environments.
• Able to Communicate directly with Client agents, subcontractors, architects and governmental sensitive stakeholders.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
