Architects – Job Responsibilities / Requirements
- Capability and experience in preparing and reviewing preliminary conceptual designs, schematics as per requirements
- Oversee the development and implementation of architectural designs for the project.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that project elements like structures and building elements are developed according to local codes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural project procedures and standards
- Must have experience in the preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications.
- Knowledge of visualization tools and processes a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3-D Studio Max, Rhino, Grasshopper
