Responsibilities:

Operations
Collecting and organizing relevant information by obtaining it from information sources to assist the auditor in preparing a single audit plan during the development of the subsequent customs clearance program, either planning the audit, approving the audit, or specializing in the audit, as requested by the group leader
Sending a resource expert request to Department of concerned experts after the approval of the group head and obtaining the opinion and approval of experts in relation to tariff , value, facility, investigation and law issues And the controls (internal control assessment) for the client based on the flow system and collecting information to prepare a measurement system in order to measure the level of control

Designing a series of tests to determine whether the control process is carried out as it should in the company’s accurate records that reflect the reality of the matter
Conducting preliminary compliance tests to ensure that transactions are audited in accordance with document control procedures within the system under review and to determine the need for technical testing and compliance tests. To design the CAPE test
Collect the amount required for the technical examination of the samples based on the
technical audit measurement system by reviewing the CAPE results

Prepare and conduct technical audit tests based on the high and medium results of the
previous test measurement system and collect the necessary papers for the test to detect errors or non-compliance with control procedures
Create patterns and request forms for customs declarations and collect documents to perform auditing of transactions from customers and the Internet, before proceeding with auditing tasks.
Executing desk auditing at the customs office or the client’s premises by examining the specified transactions and collecting supporting papers for their compliance with the
customs registration in relation to the administrative structure and accounts

11. Preparing a transaction audit report based on auditing the group’s transactions and collecting all evidence and audit results to be presented by the head of the group to the concerned clients to communicate and follow up on uncollected customs duties, if any.
Updating the customer contact record to achieve response and present evidence of uncollected customs duties
Communicating with customers in the event of issuing decisions about uncollected customs duties or issuing a notice of their cancellation

Performing any duties entrusted to him by the direct manager in a proper and timely manner, with reliability, integrity, and keenness to complete the tasks
entrusted to the fullest.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience requirements:

A minimum of 3-4 years of audit experience
