Job Title – Campus Recruiter Jobs in Brussels, Belgium
Responsibilities:
- As a Campus Recruiter you are responsible for the recruitment and organization of all internships at BESIX. This for both Belgium and abroad, at our sites and at the office;
- In addition to the internships, you also manage your own vacancies from A to Z. This for both engineering and support profiles:
- layout and copywriting of the job description;
- sourcing and interviewing candidates;
- ultimately you are also closely involved in the final selection in consultation with management, the wage negotiations, the contract and the onboarding;
- You build good and lasting relationships with the various universities and colleges in Belgium. You ensure that BESIX is top-of-mind with the students. You promote the BESIX Employer and Talent Brand;
- You coordinate and organize our presence at the various job fairs;
- You are responsible for the organization of our annual recruitment event for starting engineers: the BESIX Young Professional Days;
- You are a true BESIX ambassador who knows better than anyone how to enthuse and motivate candidates to consider BESIX as their future employer;
- You help develop new tools and processes to further improve the sourcing policy and efficiently manage our talent pools;
- You work closely with external recruitment partners (agencies) who support you in filling certain vacancies and you can build good relationships with them;
Educational requirements:
- You communicate fluently in Dutch (written and orally) and you have a good knowledge of French and English;
- You are in possession of a master’s or bachelor’s degree;
Experience requirements:
- You have a first relevant work experience as a recruiter (internal and/or recruitment office);
- You are curious and you are interested in the construction sector. Experience in the construction sector or recruiting engineering profiles is an asset;
Desired Skills:
- You like to organize events and you like to attend job fairs;
- You have a strong interest in communication, social media and recruitment marketing. You preferably also have a first experience in this;
- You are a real team player;
- You are flexible and you can adapt quickly in a very dynamic environment;
- You are stress resistant;
- You are willing to work from the BESIX headquarters in Brussels, but also flexible and mobile to occasionally work from our various sites and sites in Belgium;
