The project’s scope of work includes overseeing the upkeep and operation of 58 tunnels in Makkah City and the Holy Places, developing a plan for renovating the tunnels, and keeping track of the tunnels’ ready for use and safety.

Identify the damage caused when a truck collides with a bridge over a highway in Makkah and suggest the necessary repairs.
To provide an environmentally friendly architecture for Al-research Jazeera’s and development centers and to receive a LEED certification, the most recent iteration of the grading system for building design and construction. The US Green Building Council devised this rating system (USGBC).

Data Entry – Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Secretarial Work for the Projects (For the Managements & All Engineers)

Receiving & Dispatching Documents from Different bodies on Daily Basis.
Coordination with Project Personnel for all day-to-day activities.
Preparation of Letters/Debit Notes/Bills/Payment Certificates for the Project.

Maintaining Petty cash
Attending the Telephone Calls from Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, Site staff & Clients.
Arranging Document Delivery / Collection from the Head Office, Client, and Consultant for the projects.

Handling Stationeries for the Office / Projects.

Job Requirements:

Educational, Professional, and Vocation Qualification required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / I.T / Business Administration from a reputable institute

Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years in Inventory / Stock (Contracting Company / Trading Company / Automobiles Company)
Familiar with utilization of Material Search Engine [SE] / Stock Checking
Level and type of behavioural and functional competencies required

Language – English, Arabic is advantageous
Computer Skills, i.e., ICDL Certification, Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, PowerPoint]
Communication skills
