Job – Electrical Completion Specialist

Job Description:

Subject Matter Expert for all Electrical related activities at site for multi project /multi discipline commissioning team.
Attend (Witness/Hold) all site related Electrical activities and walkdowns.

Ensure technical interface with site project team (PMT, Contractor, OES)
Review Contractor planning and scheduling activities for System Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning to ensure coordination with other aspects of work.
Monitor Contractor performance and provide advice as necessary to ensure design goals, philosophies and specifications are achieved.

Review all documentation relates to System Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissionig.
Follow Company System Completion and Handover roadmap.
Ensure project completion and commissioning team maintain compliance with corporate standards.

Custodian of the Completion Management Systems.
Manage the Systems Completion Procedure ensuring any third parties activities are compatible with the objectives of Offshore Project and handover documentation meets Major Projects deliverables.
Monitor and track computerised Completion Management System (CMS) for certification and quality assurance.

Participate in contract reviews to ensure adequate Systems Completion control and work procedures are established and followed throughout project duration.
Provide commissioning input for Safety and Operability reviews and confirm implementation of safety procedures.
Participate at site to ensure safe execution of Systems Completion activities and provide guidance on Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Turnover of equipment and systems as required.

Develop and manage effective Systems Completion procedures, work packs, tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth and safe hand-over to permanent organisation.
Lead and manage clear communication and reporting lines for all matters pertaining to Systems Completion for Offshore Project and ensure compliance with Project Management requirements.
Facilitate operational input into post implementation reviews and audits ensuring all actions are completed relating to the project.

Coordinate and share lessons learned from previous projects and maintain a register of current lessons learned for use in future projects within
Develop the Project System Completion philosophy in full coordination with
Generate completion reports for System Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.

Review system definition drawings and procedures.
Review Systemization and marked-up drawings.
Responsible for assist in developing the Completions database and champion the overall master punch list based on punch return and review.

Responsible for track/monitor the overall master punch list.
Assist Engineering with support documentation.
Interface with operations in the Completion activities and certificates.
