Job – Process Completion Specialist

Job Description:

Subject Matter Expert for all Process, Mechanical and Piping related activities at site for multi project /multi discipline commissioning team.
Attend (Witness/Hold) all site related activities to Process, Mechanical and Piping.

Ensure technical interface with site project team (PMT, Contractor, OES)
Review Contractor planning and scheduling activities for System Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning to ensure coordination with other aspects of work.
Monitor Contractor performance and provide advice as necessary to ensure design goals, philosophies and specifications are achieved.

Review all documentation relates to System Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissionig.
Follow Company System Completion and Handover roadmap.
Ensure project completion and commissioning team maintain compliance with corporate standards.

Custodian of the Completion Management Systems.
Monitor/track project completion through WinPCS.
Generate completion reports for System Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.

Responsible to provide HSE Input for Completions and Commissioning.
Develop relationships with all departments within the project to deliver completions and Commissioning plans and philosophies.
Review system definition drawings and procedures.

Review Systemization and marked-up drawings.
Attend Completion Walkdowns.
Responsible for assist in developing the Completions database and champion the overall master punch list based on punch return and review.

Responsible for track/monitor the overall master punch list
Assist Engineering with support documentation.
Interface with operations in the Completion activities and certificates.
