Engineer / Engineering Helpers – Job Description

• Experience in Building Construction by Villas, Compounds, Commercial buildings.
• Manage all site works with coordination of consultant, contractor
• Strong knowledge of the latest local, state and federal building codes
• Proficient in using MS office suite and CAD
• Handle construction packages
• Effective management of site resources and equipment
• Schedule and execution of daily work plan as per schedule plan
• Determines project costs
• Prepare feasibility study
• Prepare engineering documents
• Responsible for documentation of side inspections and supervision of different activities
• Maintains prefect date base by writing computer programs, entering dates, completing backups
• Check and review the specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at Job site.
• Monitor and report as compliance and non-conformities and maintain relevant records.
• Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving qualify objectives
