Job Title – Planning Engineer Jobs in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with New Build (Rigs) and MRO Operations teams on Planning Matters • Coordinate with Customer(s) / Supplier(s) when and as required

• Coordinate with Corporate entities (Business Development, Engineering, P&SC, AMMO etc) on planning matters related to New Build (Rigs) & MRO

• Conduct Yard Capacity Planning (for Zones A & D2) based on info from Business Development in coordination with Zone C and Asset Management & Marine Operation Teams, Identify / Report back potential issues with proposed mitigations

• Conduct manpower planning based on Yard Capacity Planning. Coordinate with Zones B & C planning team and HR on path forward • Update schedule (s), perform forecast in coordination with stake holders (engineering, P&SC, production etc)

• Monitor project (s) progress and produce daily, weekly, monthly reports. Highlight areas of concerns, propose mitigations

• Carry out schedule risk analysis as and when required. Maintain Risk Register

• Monitor potential of Change Management (internal / customer / supplier) and coordinate with the project stake holders on the same

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by HOD

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s in mechanical (Electrical / Controls) Engineering

Experience requirements:

Min 5 years (preferable similar industry or equivalent)
