Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- – Coordinating with the Logistics Officer & Project Admins for schedules daily. – Maintaining vehicles in good condition. (cleaning, disinfecting, checking tires, brakes, doors, mirrors, etc.) – Reporting accidents and repairs promptly to the coordinating Officer. – Recording the Login and Logout time on the timesheet and regularly submitting it to the logistics coordinator. – Driving employees with comfort, safety, and on-time manner to the sites. – Recording the Odometer reading and submitting the records daily to the coordinating Officer. – Should know to use the navigation apps such as google maps. – Tracking the vehicle documents like Istimara, Insurance, and reporting to coordinator officer at least one month before expiry. RP Requirement (Mandatory): Valid RP & NOC.
