Job Title – HR And Payroll Functional Support Jobs in Dammam , Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and email requests in a timely manner.

Responsible to liaise with End user or IFS /Vendor Team to report any unresolved issues.
Analyze and troubleshoot user issues and questions regarding IFS.
Prepares users by conducting training, providing information, and resolving issues.

Create and maintain data interfaces between IFS and third-party vendors.
Help to automate existing manual procedures.
Train IT team members on IFS.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Audit systems and assess their outcomes.

Other job duties as assigned.
Employee is required to be on-call as necessary. Travel to remote locations including land and offshore rigs is required, this may be up to 5%

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or any other major in the same field.

Experience requirements:

3 – 7 Years

Desired Skills:

Well versed with IFS methodology, worked on projects with IFS methodology.

Understanding, Preparation & Development of IFS CRIMs.
Should have delivered projects within agreed scope, time and cost, follow & update.
Able to communicate Project milestones. Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.

Well-developed communication and presentation skills: oral, written, listening, group facilitation
Demonstrated success analyzing, documenting, and designing business processes in the context of
software/process integration.

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork abilities working on high-performing cross-functional project teams.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
