Job Purpose

This position exists to assist project team in providing solutions and configuration of business processes related to SAP HCM modules efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope

Requirements

Experienced SAP consultants with strong consulting and functional skills and Good knowledge of Integration from SF to SAP On-Premises systems. Experience in SuccessFactors Advanced Reporting. Deployment Experience of implementing SF rollouts including workbook definition, leading workshops, build, deploy and roll-out activities. Minimum of 4 end to end EC implementations. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central PMP will be plus & SF professional certification is plus. Must have done at least 4 end to end implementation in Employee Central. System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint/ Communication skills Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / UAT / Test scripts & experience in XML. Background experience in HR business process is plus. Worked on Integration of SuccessFactors to other applications. Experience in other SuccessFactors modules is preferable.
