Job – HR Manager

Job Description :

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of the human resource staff
  • Manpower Planning, budgeting & forecasting.
  • Ensure all the legal compliances related to HR are up to date at the office.
  • Ensure timely and correct salary payouts in liaison with finance teams
  • Timely amendments and ensuring adherence to the HR policies.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Onboarding procedure, succession planning, job grading
  • Provides clarity of role/ JDs and KPIs.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Maintains competitive reward and incentive structure
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Supervise performance management reviews
  • Address the cultural transformation of the company
  • Mediate disputes between employees and direct disciplinary procedures
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • With more than 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources 
  • Must have experience in setting up the HR department
  • Has experience in writing policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE labor law
  • Extensive experience in general HR function
