Job – HR Manager
Job Description :
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the human resource staff
- Manpower Planning, budgeting & forecasting.
- Ensure all the legal compliances related to HR are up to date at the office.
- Ensure timely and correct salary payouts in liaison with finance teams
- Timely amendments and ensuring adherence to the HR policies.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Onboarding procedure, succession planning, job grading
- Provides clarity of role/ JDs and KPIs.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Maintains competitive reward and incentive structure
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Supervise performance management reviews
- Address the cultural transformation of the company
- Mediate disputes between employees and direct disciplinary procedures
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- With more than 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Must have experience in setting up the HR department
- Has experience in writing policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of the UAE labor law
- Extensive experience in general HR function
- Flexible and willing to work overtime if needed
