Job Title – Junior Modeller / Draftsperson Jobs in Brisbane QLD, Australia

Responsibilities:

Assist tender teams in preparing tender documentation: methodology, site installation, 3D renderings, cranage and logistics.
Assist the in-house engineering team in drafting complex methodologies and sequencing, temporary works and undertaking structural detailing in 2D and 3D.

Assist the BESIX Watpac Digital Engineering Lead in developing REVIT templates, database, REVIT Family creation, as well as drawing management tools.
Assist in supporting colleagues in using Digital Engineering tools.
Work across all project phases from concept to completion.

Ensure Quality Assurance and project document control in all documentation produced for BESIX Watpac (Watpac Limited).
Ability to plan for and adapt to design changes.

Educational requirements:

Ability and willingness to learn knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and Engineering Drafting Standards.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of parametric design and Grasshopper as an advantage.

Experience requirements:

Prior REVIT and AutoCAD experience, preferably in building structures or engineering projects.

Desired Skills:

Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the external and internal business environment.

Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and candour in daily work ethic.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.

Highly motivated.
