Junior System Analyst Job Accountabilities:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all Microsoft Dynamics NAV application systems including application servers, database, and database servers.

Job Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and work on technical requests, resolve technical issues, and monitor application environments in development, test, and production.
• Configure software, monitor application and database performance, and assist in capacity planning.
• Administration and setting up of Navision / LS Retail POS Systems and Handheld Computers.
• Support stores on LS Retail and Dynamics Navision.
• Monitoring and administration of Data Exchange between Corporate office and Stores
• Proactively determine future growth requirements of the applications in areas such as database size, number of end-users and application functionality; work with infrastructure team to address application needs.
• Navision 2009 & Navision 2017
• LS 2009 & LS 2017 & data director

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge/Skills

Qualifications BCA/B.S. in Information Technology, Information Systems

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Navision / LS Retail applications required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the administration of ERP, CRM or similar enterprise applications

Knowledge/Skills

• SQL Serverknowledge; DBA tasks
• Strong technical knowledge of application architectures.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Language (Job Specific) Excellent verbal communication skills English being a prerequisite
