About GAL

Job Title – LEAD INSTRUCTOR Jobs in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

As the Lead Instructor the individual is responsible for the delivery of Instructor Qualification, Structured Promotion and Leadership Training to members of the units as directed by the upper management.

This training will include Officer Promotion Courses, NCO Promotion Courses, Instructor Qualification Courses and all structured training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist on all aspects of Instructor Qualification training, including but not limited to Basic Instructor courses through to Advanced Instructor courses. This will include liaison with the USMC Training Mission personnel.
Assist in all aspects of Officer Promotion Courses, NCO Promotion Courses, including but not limited to the Platoons Leaders Course, Officer Graduate Training, the Senior and Junior Top Management Courses.

Provide advice to the Senior Lead Instructor, and lead the training needs analysis and develop training strategies in the Training section.
Act as the deputy to the Senior Lead Instructor and fill in any requirements in his absence
Ensure all instructors coordinate, manage and mentor the local instructors in the performance of their duties

Maintain a reasonably high level of physical fitness and formal appearance.

Educational requirements:

Substantive E8-O4 rank

Certified Instructor qualification (separately or as part of a Promotion Course)
Advanced Range OIC Supervisor Qualified
Field F. OIC Supervisor Qualified

Fluent English Minimum

Experience requirements:

Five (5) Years’ Operational leadership experience a combat role within a coalition environment.

Company/Detachment Leader
Company-level training experience (or Security related equivalent
