Job Vacancy – Lobby Attendant
Our company is looking for a lobby attendant.
Responsibilities for lobby attendant
Clean all windows in lobby, elevators, and conference areas
Maintain cleanliness of pool area and fitness center
Delivers guest request items when assigned
Assists the Room Attendants by delivering linen, removing linen and maintain inventory when assigned
Assists with orienting and training new staff on policies and procedures
Monitors access to the property and checks for valid identification
Greets all residents and guests upon entry
Ensures safety of residents
Ensures that the Lobby Desk is secured and attended to at all times
Distributes communications and correspondence to building residents
