Job Title – Coffee Shop Attendant Jobs in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Provide professional, courteous service to our guests in the showroom.
Take customers’ orders when needed to identify filled orders.

Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
Prepare drinks for guests and staff such as Turkish coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Tea, etc.
Order items needed to replenish supplies.

Brew coffee and tea, and fill containers with requested beverages.
Add relishes and garnishes to food orders, according to instructions.

Educational requirements:

Minimum High school education

Experience requirements:

2 years of minimum experience in a similar role as a waitress cum barista, tea girl or office assistant

Desired Skills:

Strong customer service background and skills.
Cordial and effective communication
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Good team & independent working abilities
Fluency in English
Ability to multi-task.

Pleasant personality and helping attitude
Punctual and respect for time
Highly organized, with attention to detail.

Ability to handle customer objections
Presentable

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
