Job Title – MECHANICAL BIM ENGINEER Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mechanical BIM models using Revit software.

Develop and maintain the design analysis with mechanical analytical software such as HAP.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project completion.
Create accurate and detailed construction documentation for mechanical systems.

Perform clash detection analysis and provide solutions to mitigate conflicts.
Review and coordinate design changes with project managers and other engineers.
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, as well as local and national codes and regulations.

Participate in design meetings and provide technical expertise as needed.
Research and implement new technologies and techniques to improve project efficiency and quality.
Prepare and present project progress reports to design managers.

Provide training and support to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance project outcomes and team performance.
Act as a mentor and role model to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Educational requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. This will provide you with the foundational knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

Experience requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the mechanical engineering / construction field field and 3 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling and documentation are required.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is required. We rely heavily on these tools to complete our work, so it is essential that the candidate have a deep understanding of them.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important. The candidate will be working closely with other members of the team, as well as clients and other stakeholders, so the ability to communicate effectively is critical.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important
