Job – Mining Engineer

Job Description:

Employment: Full Time
My client is a leading international construction company who have an excellent reputation and a track record of working on some of the regions largest and most high profile projects. They are currently working on a large tunnel project in Saudi Arabia and are looking to recruit an experienced mining engineer with a Blaster license (class 1) The role is as follows;

• Manage and follow up all the explosive permit, use and storage
• Manage and follow up all the explosive transportation and movement, also the storage in magazine
• Deal with the Police
• Supervise the blaster patterns
• Supervise all the machinery related to blasting operation
• Be in charge of the Shotfirer and lead the blasting operations

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must have a blaster license (Grade 1) and should preferably have some form of degree or similar level qualification.
• Candidates should have worked on mining or tunneling projects in Saudi Arabia.
