Job Summary:
The role of the Mobile Workshop Foreman is to ensure that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians and that the service department maintains a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
Job Specifications:
Required Educational Level: Required Language: English and Arabic Required Years of Experience: 5 Years experience in Automobile maintenance
Professional Knowledge:
Skills & Abilities: (Competencies) Manual Gear Driving license
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of workshop staff and activities in order to utilize all assets and to achieve maximum production, commercial targets, and costumers’ satisfaction. • Receive maintenance requests from the call center. • Reach maintenance locations in a shorter time • Forecast arrival time to location without delay • Ensure staff carries out vehicle repair and maintenance work to pre-determined standards ensuring the workshop meets its obligations to provide a safe reliable fleet. Complete records for all equipment maintained to ensure the efficiency and accountability of the workshop. • Liaising with various departments to ensure efficient allocation of resources and obtaining feedback from sites and clients regarding workshop-related activities. • Liaising with Fleet supervisor for mobile workshop maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules and records. • Planning and safe execution of all maintenance /parts/manpower/relocation of equipment on daily basis. • To work with the Line Manager to achieve key performance indicators across the business within company and group guidelines. • Any other duties assigned by management
