Project Manager – Job Description

• Setting project objectives in agreement with project management
• Providing independent advice on the management of projects
• Organizing the various professional people working on o project
• Make sure that all works are executed in line with approved drawings
• Making sure that all delivered I installed materials ore in line with approvals and high quality
• Control risk assessment and Health 6 Safety protocol
• Make sure that all the aims of the project are met in line with the budget cost.
• Making reports to keep track of people and progress of the project and to submit monthly to the management.
• Assist in recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Submit monthly program billings.
• Manage all documentation and archive them for future use.

Project Manager – Job Requirement

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Experience overseeing a construction project.
