Job Requirement

• We are looking for a candidate with minimum 10 years of experience in managing all costs relating to Infrastructure and Road Projects including, accurate surveying of quantities for preparation / review Bills of Quantities, verifying claims, payments, variations, addendum, extension of time contractual issues, rate analysis & other commercial activities for the projects and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Candidate should be able maximise project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management & reporting and preparation of interim valuations and final accounts as per contractual deadlines in connection with projects, for the client’s approval.
• Candidates with above experience & holding Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering field and age between 35 – 45 years are encouraged to apply.
• Only candidates with MMUP classification & Membership in Professional bodies will be shortlisted and called for interview.
