Job – Proposals Manager

Job Responsibilities:

We envisage success in this role to include:

Manages and tracks all proposal progress, including post-submittal follow-up with clients.
Leads the proposal teams, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
Leads in debriefs and lessons-learned; identifies areas in need of improvement and develops appropriate solutions.

Coordinates with division/ discipline management to facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and win strategies.
May attend client meetings and negotiations.
Reads and interprets RFPs to determine client requirements.

Works with proposal coordinator and administrator to help prepare compliance matrix, assign responsibilities, and establish and maintain the proposal schedule.
Leads in the development/discovery of proposal themes, discriminators and win strategies.

Job Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years career experience with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar and with excellent English technical writing and visual communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe InDesign are required.

Arabic communication skills will be viewed favourably.
