QA/QC Engineer – Job Description

• Experience in quality control and quality assurance of sewerage, surface and water, drainage, outfalls, pump stations, treatment works, road, highways construction quality and control requirement;
• Emphasis on Quality Assurance Specifications and Statistical Quality Control. Should be able to review and justify the material submissions, analyze laboratory and technical reports, carry out acceptance sampling plans, testing and quality measures, ensuring compliance with the project’s specifications.
• Ability to prepare accurate QA/QC plans and can lead, cooperate, and motivate a project QA/QC team. Write clear, brief, and accurate technical reports.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor the program quality plan to ensure the delivery of works that meet the required standards and specifications
• Application of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution
• Overall responsible for the Quality Control & Quality Assurance for all relevant activities within the Project Department
• Implement Quality Management System
• Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects
• Well versed in quality improvement techniques, resolving issues, carrying out root cause analysis and non-conformance investigations
• Responsible for preparing and establishing the Quality system procedures in line with ISO9001:2008 QMS

QA/QC Engineer – Job Requirement

• Must have MMUP/UPDA Grade (A) and a minimum of 12 years of working experience.
• BTech/BE in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• with 12+ years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Monitoring the Critical Activities
• High Proficiency in English
• Hands-on experience with complex data research activities
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver
