Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience
• Bachelors in Engineering degree is mandatory
• Construction industry experience is mandatory
• Experience working with major consultants/Government agencies is highly preferable
• Gulf experience is highly preferable
• Total Salary package between 20,000QR to 25,000QR
• Cost planning (concept design, schematic design & detailed design)
• Measurement / BOQ in POMI & CESMM
• Collation of Contract Documentation
• Understanding of FDIC Forms of Contracts
