Quantity Surveyor Tendering – Job Description

• Well experienced in the various methods of measurements for civil & building works
• Well experienced in carrying out takeoffs & missing items checks on tender documents
• Well experienced in carrying out technical checks on specifications
• Well experienced on working on various projects in tandem
• Well experienced in writing RFIs and identifying items requiring clarifications
• Well experienced in working on building projects 300M SAR +
• Well experienced in industry best practices, standards and specifications
• Experience in value engineering and alternative brands

Quantity Surveyor Tendering – Job Requirement

• Experience in excel/AutoCAD/planswift
• Experience working in tenders and meeting submission deadlines
• Proven team player
• Ability to work extended hours when required
