Resident Engineer Job Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for administration of construction contract works, participate in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of field engineering assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review daily reports and preparation of engineer’s daily diary, and general oversight of inspector’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractor’s operations.
Coordination with contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work.
Reviewing the performance of contractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

15+ years experience in Construction, Supervision of Road & infrastructure consultancies across UAE.

Roads and Infrastructure Projects
