Job Title – Secretary Jobs in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Secretaries should be organized, have superb organizational skills and must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to Spare Parts team and management while working with confidential information.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 

Experience requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in arranging business trips (ticket and hotel booking) and meeting (online and offline)

 

Desired Skills:

  • Logistics and accounting experience will be added as advantage
  • Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiency and presentation
  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
  • Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems
  • Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, presentable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
