Senior Architect – Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• To execute complete architectural design for projects in accordance with approved Company policies, operating guidelines and procedures and ensure that all projects meet contracts’ budgets, time schedules and approved quality standards.
• Bring skills and innovation to design, production drawings, and construction documents for compliance with design intent, building systems, construction detailing and coordination with specifications.
• Develops and checks designs and details, coordinates work with others on the project team and with outside project consultants
• Exhibits thorough understanding of zoning, building code, accessibility regulations, and other regulatory requirements as they relate to the project and checks documents for compliance
• Responsible for Technical Accuracy on Architectural Deliverables and Inter Discipline coordination of projects.
• Excellent in Revit Architecture is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Vray, Adobe Suite, Twinmotion, or Enscape, SketchUp or Rhino, AutoCAD
• Good freehand sketching skill is a plus.
