Job Title – Senior Design Manager Jobs in Sydney NSW, Australia

Responsibilities:

Lead the design/documentation process to achieve design milestones and budget
Establish & implement the Project Design Management Plan

Apply strategic Design Management principles to deliver optimum project outcomes
Partake in peer review of the design for regulatory and building compliance as well as coordination of services with the multi-discipline design subcontractors
Prepare design review reports at the nominated milestones

Plan and manage all actions necessary through the design process to obtain all Government and PWC approvals
Coordinate delivery of final design (100%) “For Tender” documentation.

Educational requirements:

Degree in a relevant discipline together with solid experience in Design Management.

Experience requirements:

Previous experience working on social infrastructure projects

Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills
