Job Title -Senior Roadway Engineer Jobs in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities :

The Senior Roadway Engineer will be responsible to

Develop scope, work plan, and work schedule for all roads and related infrastructure projects.
Develop scope of work for roads assessment services to be outsourced to ensure delivered work meets the division needs and requirements.
Review and respond to projects different submittals including plans, reports, and inquires and coordinate with related parties accordingly.

Participate in preparing a high-level budget estimation for current and near future based on the planned projects.
Coordinate with projects execution department and other stakeholders to ensure projects are being implemented as per schedule and budget.
Conduct regular individual and/or joint infrastructure technical assessments.

Help in preparing reports on the status of ongoing project as well as providing insights for proposals and concepts.
The Senior Infrastructure Management Lead is expected to work with Roads Engineering Manager and collaborate with Land Mobility sector functions and other Roads and infrastructure functions including but not limited to Planning, Projects Management, Health and Safety, and Engineering Technical Services. To support Roads and Infrastructure management during planning, design, and construction phases.

This role will proactively interact and be aware of existing and upcoming projects and maintenance planning initiatives, and collaborate in roads design and engineering, asset delivery and project management.

This role is also responsible for assisting with the contract, RFP preparations, resource allocations and oversight, tender project scheduling, budgeting, adherence to project and asset budgeting, as required during roads in service management.
The role requires communication, assessment, guidance, and facilitation to identify and solve Roads projects management & planning problems.

Educational requirements:

Experience requirements:

Min 10-15 years of work experience with Roads and Infrastructure projects in public or private sector

5+ years with roadway design, including structures, geotechnical investigations, and related infrastructure design management.
5+ years with Roads Asset Management technology experience
5+ years with Roads Planning
