Job – Senior Specification Writer

Job Description:

• Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Must be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.
• Twelve (12) years’ experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office writing scope of works, construction specifications and contract documents for building constructions and maintenance.
• Five (5) years of which as lead specification writer or team leader.

Job Requirements:
