Job Title – SENIOR STAKEHOLDER ENGINEER Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Be able to clearly coordinate with project stakeholders and authorities.

Welling to engage with authorities in KSA with a focus on infrastructure & Building project. Authority experience is desirable.
Capable of understanding Authority processes, procedures and policies.
Monitor and report on the status of all submissions, meetings, phone calls and any other relevant authority engagement

Capable of reporting on authority liaison related matters via suitable media (written reports, tabulated status tracker sheets)
A broad technical understanding of infrastructure sub-disciplines (roads, wet utilities, dry utilities)

Educational requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline
Able to Deal with the authorities for infrastructure and buildings projects with KSA.
Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)

Have strong leadership qualities and a track record of delivery
Proven experience in innovation and process optimization
Good time management ability and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload

Proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Ability to use Auto-CAD preferable
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders
Able visit to different authorities on daily basis

Experience requirements:

Minimum 8 years’ post graduate experience.

Developed interpersonal skills, such as high competency in listening and communicating.
High attention to detail and eye for technical excellence.
A positive proactive attitude that focuses on improving team work and co-operation at all times.

Good communication skills, oral and written, including presentation competency
A team player with strong ability to work with little or no supervision

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
