Job description / Role

• Manage Store Supervisors, Store Keepers, Inventory Officers, and Store workers working in the stores.
• Implement and follow Warehouse procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Control and Material Management.
• Managing the process to make sure all the GRN” s are done timely manner.
• Produce accurate reports for Project/Construction management Material Daily Receipt / Issued and upcoming deliveries.
• Plan and store layout of the storage considering the duration of the projects, project program, and volume, and potential hazards.
• Personnel management, Training, and Leadership Development and ensure all the store team understands their duties, responsibilities & authority level.
• Train staff members and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
• Coordinate with project QA/QC engineers to verify all the delivering Engineered /permeant materials are as per the project approved technical materials submittals.
• Liaise with project Plant & Logistics team with regards to the requirement of stores.
• Create a friendly collaborative working environment to motivate employees and enhance their morale.
• Encourage sharing of knowledge across all levels.
• Conduct biannual vendor assessment.

Requirements

• Must have strong knowledge of computerized store activities with depth knowledge working in Inventory Module in any ERP system(s).
• Ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Maximize margins through effective management of labor, materials, and any other overheads.
• Inventory, warehouse, material management including minimization of surplus materials.
• Comprehensive understanding of complex systems of inventories, deliveries, and costs.
• Personnel management — manage, recognize and reward talented staff.
